How the heck do you log weight-lifting exercise calories?

I've just been taking the amount of time I lifted, dividing it in half, and logging half "calisthenics", half "circuit training, general". Is there a better way to do this? If I log specific exercises, such as walking lunges, the site doesn't calculate calories burned for me. Do you all log weight-lifting, or only log cardio?

If you go to cardiovascular instead of strength, you can search "weight lifting" or "strength training" and enter it there. I find the values are really low, but I am ok with that. I'd rather be low than high. Its just difficult to give an average because many of us work out very differently.0
