Hello, my name is Margie. My co-worker told me about this site and the success she had. I have lost 4 pounds my first week so I am excited! I hope to still update my profile, however, trying to figure out how to eat differently and learning how to use the site has keep me busy.

Hi Nicole, Thanks for the well wishes. I read through all your postings and I certainly remember how hard it is to find time for yourself when you have small children. My 3 are all grown. However, you MUST carve out time for yourself. Good luck!0

The best way to stick with it is to become involved in the forums. Find some friends, maybe see if there are any user groups with users with similar interests. Keep up the good work!0

Wow, you sound just like me. I've just logged my first week and have lost 4 pounds! My friend raved about this site for 2 weeks before I got on and I just love the new perspective it gives on how we eat and exercise. Stay healthy!0

Day 139 for me, and love it more now than in my first week. Haven't missed logging one meal in that time, and have dropped several inches and 24 pounds in that time.

Welcome to everyone that is new I myself am fairly new as well and I love this site to a few years ago I joined and forgot all about it until someone told me about it again so I joined and now that I have more people encouraging me I am loving it and having more fun.0

Hi! I am new to this site too I heard about it back in November, but only took the time to figure it out today. I decided on Sunday to make healthy changes and this is a lifestyle change for me for sure. I will weigh myself on Sunday as that will be one week to see if anything is gone. Fingers crossed it is! Seems like tons of support on here. Feel free to share healthy lunch and supper ideas too. The suppers are the ones I am having the hardest time with. Looking forward to this journey!!0

today is my first day! I begin doing a diet last year but got sidetracked . Went off the diet and during the holidays and cold weather I have gained it all back! Starting today with my daughters! They are my inspirations! I love them so much! I want to encourage them as they encourage me!0

I also love this site, and I amazed by the fact that I was eating so "well"..........NOT! I have about 25 pounds more to lose, and I find it hard sometimes to get it right, but I have lost 8 pounds so far. Add me as your friend if you would like! The more support...the better!! I am also a very picky eater so that makes it harder sometimes. I also use this on my phone. The message boards don't come up for some reason on my phone though.0

I also don't consider this as a diet either I am eating well, and better than I did before! I am liking excercise also, but I havent been able to in a few days.....0
