Hi everyone,

I heard about pre workout supplements and heard that some are really effective that give you full energy to do your workout, so I'm wondering if you use any so what is that? And do you feel any difference before and after using it???

Thanks

NO Xplode....great energy, but pricey if you don't look for a deal. There are other NO products out there as well and give you a good bit of energy, though if you're caffeine sensetive, check the label for ingredients. Many companies offer free samples if you call them. Look for reviews on the top sellers (NO Xplode, Black Powder, NanoVapor, Jack3d, etc.) and call each company.

Now a lot of people are going to knock these products, many of which have never used them, but I've had great results in the past when I was serious about lifting (6-7 years ago). If you're not wanting to go with one of those products, a whey protein shake is the way to go.

    Here are my experiences:

NO Xplode - takes a long time to activate (upwards of 45 minutes) so you have to time the intake just right with your workout. It has, occassionally, given me an upset stomach. Good energy.

Black Powder - Works quicker than NO Xplode, but closer to 20-30 minutes. No stomach problems, great energy. Pricey, even on sale.

NanoVapor - Works in literally 10 minutes, if that. Great energy (don't quote me, but I believe it has the most caffeine out of all of these) and I had some intense workouts. VERY PRICEY, I only bought it because it was on the clerance table at GNC for $15.

Jack3d - Works within 20 minutes or so, but not as much of a kick as the other products. Its cheaper and its easy on the stomach. Not a bad product to start out with.
