Yoghurt

Hi everyone,
I have recently started really enjoying yoghurt as a snack, and often have one with my breakfast. Was just wondering though, do you think that 2 yoghurts a day is too much? Or, if it fits into my daily calorie allowance is it ok? It's always a low fat yoghurt, with between 120-200 kcal per serve.
I find it keeps me full, and has a good mix of protein, carbs and fats.
Any other easy snack ideas?

Have you tried Carb Master yogurt? It's sold at Fred Meyer and other Kroger stores. Much lower in cals and sugar than most yogurts and just as good IMHO.0

I don't think you need to worry about eating too much yogurt, and certainly not two servings a day.0
