This is the first time I've done this diet, although I have done Weight Watchers many times before. I am constantly over on sugar but for the most part it is coming from Fruit. Weight watchers encouraged us to eat apples etc. if we were hungry - but a apple has 19 g of sugar!
I am under on calories, way under, but I go over on protein and sugar almost all the time. I worry about diabetes, so I am concerned about this. My husband wants me to eat more as I'm not getting to 1200 calories, but I'm worried about being over on other items.
Anyway, I was looking to see if sugar from raw fruit (not fruit juice) is as dangerous as regular sugar in diabetes. Or if sugar is sugar, doesn't matter the source.
