First off i would like to say congrats to all of you on making progress on living a healthier lifestyle, i know the first step is always the hardest. I have always been active playing sports so i never cared for what i ate, now that i am getting older it seems that i need to change my diet just to maintain, but hopefully along the process i can get to my ultimate goal of getting to 5% body fat. Im using this site to help me keep my diet accountable, whatever i eat, i track. ill think twice when i get a craving for a candy bar.
The heaviest i have ever been was 320 lbs, that was when i played college football, almost 5 years ago. almost 80 pounds later, i feel great and my knees are finally recovering from the years of unnecessary weight . I know what it takes to lose weight. Like is said i want to use this site not only to keep me on track, but hopefully i can pass on some knowledge to anyone out there looking to change and for some advice. Feel free to add me. Talk to you soon

    Hi Bruin Bear

I weigh 199 lbs. I loose, I gain, I loose... My problem has been I eat too few calories one day and eat way too many the next. I agree that keeping track on this sight has been helpful.

Well, had a piece of Chocolate Cream pie, so I am going to work out right now. I have a REEALLLLYYYY low metabolism, so I am hoping to jump start it! Any advice?
