Homemade Soy Milk Egg Nog

200mL Vanilla Soy Milk
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Brandy Essence
Fresh nutmeg grated

Blend the milk, egg and essence, then grate the nutmeg on top. Yum! Really good for if you're not that hungry, but need to get some cals in (and some extra protein).
