I am taking a strength training class, and am having a hard time figuring out how to enter it. The course description is:

This 45-minute class with strengthen and tone your muscles from head to toe. Classes will include a warm-up segment,
muscle-specific exercises, abdominal work and stretching. Equipment used includes dumbbells, body bars and resistance bands. There is no aerobic component

Any thoughts?

if you're rich you can buy a 80 dollar piece of equipment called a Polar FT7 heart rate monitor and it'll tell you how many calories you've burned with 2 pushes of a button. I bought one but only because Im super wealthy. Just kidding, I actually told myself to not eat out for 2 weeks so I could buy it. :)

If it is anything like body pump, I'd log it as circuit training. Body pump is muscular endurance training, and develops strength and cardiovascular fitness. Or I just enter a guesstimate I found on the web for how much you burn in a class and plug that in.
