I have read a few places that suggest 1g per lb of lean bodyweight protein, 0.45-1g per lb bodyweight fat, and the rest carbs (please correct me if I have misread)

However, I am stumbling over the fat intake as this would have me on close to 50% fat which doesn't seem healthy???
