Hello everyone! I was introduced to this site from a friend of mine. I just completed my first day! All of food and exercise were entered...I'm looking to "meet" some people that could help in support and motivate me. I've told my family about this lifestyle change and they all kind of chuckle at me which is why I seek members of MyFitnessPal for some encouragement! Any help, guidance, support, suggestions or just chat with wouuld be greatly appreciated! Thanks for everything in advance!!

Hi. I just started 2 weeks ago. the support and motivation you get from other members, in my experience, is great. Add me if you like.
I need to lose about 50-60lbs. I'm going on hol in May and would like to lose a huge chunk of that weight by then. I also would love help, tips, support, motivation and will try and do my best to give the same back.
