    Started this almost a week ago and have lost 5lb. I need to lose 56lb to get back down to my ideal/previous weight. I gained this weight as I have back problems and had to finish work and cannot exercise the way i would like to.
    I would like to make friends with people from the UK, not because of any other reason other than the foods are all different in other countries. We dont have walmart and the likes of that.. But will accept any friends from anywhere. :happy:
