Hi everyone
I'm a 28 year old male with another 40 something pounds to lose and I work in the NHS as a radiographer. Thought it would be a good idea to try and find some fellow NHS workers to be weight loss friends with as would be good to get tips from people who have to fight the constraints of shifts while trying to stick to a diet.
Feel free to add me.
Thanks.
