Workout buddies in or near 23320 zip

Good Morning everyone. I am looking for any ladies or gents in Hampton Roads who would like to meet occasionally for any kind of non-gym workout. I am a stay at home mom of a 3yr old and an online college student, so although our apartment complex has a decent gym I don't have the ability at the moment to take advantage of it since my son is EXTREMELY active and wouldn't stay off the equipment.

With all the features Hampton Roads has, the arboretums, the malls, etc I'd like to see if anyone else is interested in walking with or without kids along, having "playdate workouts", anything we can think of that would be child friendly without costing us hundreds of dollars in gym membership fees.
