Which transmitter for a polar ft40?

I bought a "bargain" polar ft40 heart rate monitor on ebay, but it didn't come with the wearlink transmitter or chest strap.
I know you can get an uncoded and a coded version of the transmitter, but I can't find information on which type I need for the ft40.
Can anyone help me out?

I think they only sell the coded one.. You can get the strap on amazon for about 15 dollars.. but I'm not sure about the transmitter.
The transmitter is a little black piece that detaches from the strap.
Here is a link:

Looks like the strap and the transmitter together are 48 dollars.0 -
I just looked at mine. Not sure which number you need but this is on the back

I hope that helps. I also have the FT400 -
