Well I was on spring break and visited a friend in Florida.
I got off track and ate and drank away. Luckily I only
gained a pound. So I need some encouragement to
get back on the right food and exercise path. I
had a week of doing neither. Any body else ever done
this and what brought you back from the "fat side"

The fact that you're asking means that you're already on the right path. Just start small. Plan your food for tomorrow including portion size and what time you will eat. Plan one thing to do that qualifies as exercise even if it's small and don't go to bed tomorrow until you do it.
Take it one day at a time, take baby steps, and don't look back
