Just my luck I forgot my awesome healthy lunch at home. So is there any healthy fast food? Or maybe not healthy but at least with the less calories?

Sushi?
i.e. Nigiri and sashimi - california rolls and other stuff with mayo or tempura fillings can have more calories than you expect!0 -
Subway with lean meats and no mayo in a wrap!0
-
Grilled chicken sandwich0
-
Sushi can be.
Chipotle isn't awful for you, if you avoid the vinaigrette dressing, guacamole, and the tortillas and tortilla chips.0 -
what about a pre made lunch from a grocery store or deli? Like a salad or pasta?0
-
Qdoba Naked Taco Salad.0

Fresco tacos at Taco Bell are 150 calories a piece. You can build your own sandwich on Subway.com to see the calorie count. (I usually get a turkey and bacon melt with veggies and a bag of Baked Lays for under 500 calories).0

I vote for either sushi or subway. Is there a grocery store near you? You could grab the ready made salads, veggie dip tray, healthy sandwich.0
-
It's been a little while, but Taco Bell has their "healthy" menu.
A single Fresco chicken burrito has 350 calories. The key to it is to only eat one. It's been enough to fill me up.0 -
I eat at subway. Oven roasted chicken, whole wheat bread, no cheese, light mayo = 370 calories or so.0

Grilled chicken sandwiches from Wendy's or Chic-Fil-A. Chic-Fil-A also has fruit bowls and yogurt instead of fries. Wendy's has side salads. My go-to fast food meal from Wendy's is a grilled chicken sandwich, plain, and a caesar side salad (but I don't eat the dressing). IMO, Wendy's tastes better than Chic-Fil-A.0

I just recently learned that the Chargrilled Chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A is actually not too bad. I think it's only got like 4 grams of fat. And it's served on a wheat bun.0

Panera has a ton of healthy options (though they can be higher in sodium); Subway is a good choice if you watch your toppings (cheese, oil, etc.). A salad or wrap at a deli, as someone above mentioned, can be good if you make smart choices.0

Is there a Jimmy Johns near you?0
-
 Chick-fil-a grilled chicken nuggets are delicious!0

go to McDs webite and create your meal. I use this for days i have to run around. I love their grilled chicken sandwich no mayo and a parfait for 400 calories and like 5-6 grams of fat0

Don't order a combo meal. Order small or kids portions of items. Bring your own water/drink.0

Mcdonalds oatmeal- mine is around 200 (highish in sugar)
Chipotle Bowl- Mine is just over 350 cals for the whole bowl
Wendys Spicy nuggest- 230cals for 5 of them and filling!!!
Starbucks has a few good warm sandwhiches and such. NO PASTRIES!!! (I worked there... never eat them!!)
Subway of course.0 -
If you are feeling sandwich-y, Jimmy Johns has great options-I love their Beach Club Unwich (lettuce wrap)
Also, interestingly enough, Hardees has low-carb options on most of their burgers. They sub a lettuce wrap for the bun and you save a bunch of calories. It's a little messy, but very tasty and will satisfy your burger fix.0 -
Sushi?

Def pick sashimi -- sushi is actually loaded with calories0 -
If you have a Pita Pit, the hummus or baba ganouch pitas with spinach and veggies (no cheese) are just a little over 300 calories. They also have soups that would be low calorie.
The chili at Wendy's is not a bad choice.
Or run to the grocery store and pick up a can of reduced sodium soup.0 -
Jimmy Johns Unwich, sub avocado for mayo
Chipotle burrito bowl, sub veggies for rice or their salads are pretty good too.
Most fast food is super high on sodium so I would avoid McD's, Chick-fil-a, even Subway is really high in sodium.0 -
Ham salad subway, no cheese or mayo on wheat bread, only about 260 cals!0
-
I ate an Arby's Jr. Roast Beef sandwich for dinner last night, and it actually wasn't too bad for me. Only about 210 calories (without cheese, of course).
Panera has been mentioned, and I second that.
Keep in mind that no matter where you go for food today, the food is going to be high-sodium, so if you are watching that be careful!0 -
I really like Livestrong.com website for checking the calories, etc. in fast food. I have three little ones, so fast food isn't something that we can avoid totally. Before I hit a drive-thru, I'll either google "low calorie items at 'Arby's' ", or go directly to Livestrong.com, and I can usually get a list of items to choose from.
You'd be surprised at how many low calorie options are out there.....you just gotta know what to order.
Keep in mind, a lunch item under 400-500 calories is a good choice, if you're spreading your calories out throughout the day.
Best wishes!0 -
I get a salad from Subway... Shredded Lettuce, Shredded cheese (a little), black forest ham, banana peppers, pickles, and red onion, just a touch of oil.... 260 cals and it is VERY filling0

Salads, salads, salads.
And always ask if they sell bottled water so you don't have to drink the extra calories of a soda.0 -
Jack in the Box has a grilled chicken salad for 246 calories (without dressing), with Low Fat Balsamic Dressing add 34 calories.0
-
Jack in the Box - grilled chicken fajita pita.
Subway - no mayo, no cheese, no oil - add avocado in place of these for the "creamy"
McDonalds - grilled chicken snack wrap, small fry, diet soda.0 -
There are quite a few rolls that don't have as many calories like the Salmon rolls. Some rolls also have the avocado in there which is good for you too. Sushi is also quite filling!Sushi?
i.e. Nigiri and sashimi - california rolls and other stuff with mayo or tempura fillings can have more calories than you expect!0
