Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone , I'm Jacki and I'm from PA , I have been working out and dieting for the past 3 weeks and I feel fantastic , something just clicked with the working out part and I am LOVING it . I never thought in a million years I would ever say that ... I am open to anyone and everyones support tips and advice , this looks like a great site :) Nice to meet all of you !

    It is amazing how your body just seems to know when to get it done and then exercise makes you feel SO good too that you become addicted pretty fast! :wink:

    Right now I'm just working per diem, no set practice. This gives me much more flexibility with the kids!!!:smile: Where is Soutthampton?
