Hi everyone. I just started this almost 1 week ago and could use some friends to keep me on track. I would love any help and suggestions you all may have. :smile:

    Hi Im new what kept me on track in the past was to remind me what made me start the worst feeling about my weight theres usually 1 bad moment that pushed us xx
