Newbie - Expecting great things in 2012

I'm tired of being fat in every picture I see and ducking out of family photo opportunities. I currently weight 172 lbs and I'm working out 5-6 days a week doing various activities. I'm excited to start running again and get to a point where I can wear what I want and not worry about what to order on a menu because my physical activites will consume more than I take in.

Mother of two, part time student, full time employee, wife, housekeeper, planner, and chauffeur. I used the excuse last year of, "I can't possibly fit one more thing into my day". After excersizing the last couple of weeks, I feel guilty when I take a day off. That was goal number one. Now to utilize this tool and keep track of what I am actually consuming is goal #2. I'm looking forward to using the tool and seeing the progress.
