soo im missing about 400 calories... i was thinking of adding a sandwich with wheat but dont know what kind would be best...the breakfast one is a shake just in case your wondering

i think you need to add a little more fiber and protein in your diet somewhere. mayb a snack bar or something in there some where or some other meat? just a idea.:flowerforyou: good luck0

have a snack of almands, looks like you could use some essential fatty acids.
Then maybe add a larabar for another snack they are organic and have some protein.0 -
Fibre helps fill you up and protein stays with you longer. You need to add these. You have no grains ( have something like brown rice or quinoa)
With calories that low, you are not doing your body any favours0 -
i added honey bunches of oats honey roasted and soy milk and probably going to add a chicken sandwich on wheat and baked chicken..0
