soo im missing about 400 calories... i was thinking of adding a sandwich with wheat but dont know what kind would be best...the breakfast one is a shake just in case your wondering



Breakfast

    i think you need to add a little more fiber and protein in your diet somewhere. mayb a snack bar or something in there some where or some other meat? just a idea.:flowerforyou: good luck

    have a snack of almands, looks like you could use some essential fatty acids.
    Then maybe add a larabar for another snack they are organic and have some protein.

    Fibre helps fill you up and protein stays with you longer. You need to add these. You have no grains ( have something like brown rice or quinoa)

    With calories that low, you are not doing your body any favours

    i added honey bunches of oats honey roasted and soy milk and probably going to add a chicken sandwich on wheat and baked chicken..
