I'm brand new~both to the site and to dieting. I've gaind & lost over the years, but I've never dieted. I tried once & couldn't eat enough food, so I quit after about two weeks. Any weight loss came about through no effort of mine-even after my babies. After a few years of gaining only, it's time to do something! I don't even know how to begin, but jumped in with both feet and will figure it all out in time, or will end up weighing a ton. Wish me luck, please!
