New and looking for tips/support

Just joined the other day and already losing my mind! When I was younger I was very active but than I left home and lost all ambition. Had my second baby 6 months ago and now I finally realize how out of shape I am. I am terrible for eating only fast food, junk food and Pepsi! Bought an elliptical 3 days ago and can't even do 5 mins without stopping every minute or so. Looking for advice or anyone who would friend to keep me encouraged! Thanks!
