Food Diary and Sugars

I've finally decided to remove sugar from the list of "specs" I was tracking. I've been making 100% fruit smoothies for breakfast for a few weeks and by the time I've added them I'm already over my sugar intake for the day. I know there is no way this can be bad for me, I'm just tired of looking at it.
