Has anyone ever worn their HRM for 24 hours to see how many calories were burned during a full day? Right now at work I am averaging 145 cals per hour, which includes office work, walking around the plant, etc... Seems like I am burning an awful lot more cals than I thought.

    sure, I have. You have to remember that when you sleep, your calorie consumption goes way down.
