is anyone doing the weight watchers diet? what do u eat on this diet on a typical day?

    I *was* on Weight Watchers, and I was basically eating the same things I eat now. An example day would be Breakfast: 1/2 c plain oatmeal with 1/2 c frozen blueberries, 1T flax seeds, 1/4 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 12 Emerald cocoa roast almonds and a small banana. Lunch: Veggie burger on whole wheat roll with lettuce, tomato and low fat cheese or veggie cheese and a salad. Dinner: 2 c raw spinach, 7 oz canned salmon, 1/4 avocado, 1 roma tomato, 1/4 c rf shredded mozzarella, Newman's Own Lite Honey Mustard dressing. Snacks: apple w/1T peanut butter, light popcorn, orange, lite Laughing Cow cheese wedge on a Wasa crispbread. I'm not vegetarian, just eat a lot of vegetarian foods and sometimes go days without eating meat. I don't know how they've changed the Points system for this year. The more you work out, the more you get to eat! :bigsmile:
