5 to 6 small meals

I am just starting and needs some help tweaking my menu. My diary for today and public to show how I tried to divide my meals. But with adding in my exercise calories I am still drastically short. (I don't want to eat back all of them. But I'd like to eat back at least half of them) Any advice on how to tweak my menu to better divide out my calories would be greatly appreciated!
