Help me kick the habit please!!

Anyone else addicted to energy drinks? I have a pink rock* about everyday. I know they are bad for me but with 5 kids, school and a house to run I just feel so blah...... My energy has increased a great deal since I stared working out everyday, but I need more!!! I also found I now have problems sleeping when I work out late at night and I can't change that because then I wouldn't get the work out in. Any suggestions my fellow MFP peeps?

    I drink at least 1 to 2 monster absolutely zero drinks. The biggest thing that could be a problem with it is the energy blend with caffeine. and sodium. They help me get through the day and keep me from drinking Dr. Peppers which use to be like crack to me. So i have no advice just like anything else in moderation.

  • Are your vitamin B levels ok? I was having problems keeping up with my son and I was very low on b-12. I have felt much better since I have started supplementing.
    I also drink a lot of green tea sweetened with stevia or xylotol.

    Someone told me to get V B12 shots. What do you think?
