1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup red kidney beans, 1 frozen veggie burger and a 1/2 tsp of olive oil. Heat them separately then mix them all up and season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. So good! Depending on the brands you use, it comes out to be 300 calories and its very filling :-)0

1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1-2 oz (depending on how I'm doing on calories) part skim mozzarella cheese
Sea salt and Cracked pepper
= 269 calories
I have this almost everyday for lunch and just change up the topping- spinach and artichokes yesterday!0 -
i just have a brown bread sandwich with not much butter with either ham, tuna or meat paste, some grapes and sometimes a cereal bar

No, I am at home for lunch. I make in the oven 450 degrees for 10 minutes, but if your office kitchen has a toaster oven I bet that would work! I don't think I'd try the microwave!0

They are great and the portion size for 110 calories is huge. They satisfy my salty crunchy tooth (teeth, more like).0 -

Today mines a store bought chicken burger with a pudding and gatorade, total cals: 480 (not great but I'm doing higher calorie lunches so I eat a moderate size dinner and won't snack so much)
Normally my lunches have been 350 calories or less with frozen meals or left overs.0 -

I had ~2 cups of romaine lettuce with carrots, spinach, cucumber and a tbsp of italian dressing, and 2/3 cup of vegan corn chowder I'm sooo full! Total = 275 cal0
