Help with Logging Exercises

I need some help I do toning classes and I don't know how to log them as in the strength training. Anyone know how to do this. I do cardio toning classes and for about hour and I don't know how to combine them. I find it hard to log for strength trainiing. Thanks if anyone can help

    Click on Exercise > go to Cardiovascular > Add Exercise > type in "strength training" - it will come up with approximate calories

    Don't add the exercise under the "strength training" bit below the cardio, it doesn't add the calories, you must do it in the cardiovascular bit :flowerforyou:
  • thanks so much for the help. I guess I will have to do more cardio I don't burn as much calories obviously in strength training but I am sculpting those muscles
