Have you lost weight in the past and gained it back? Are you looking for support from others in the same boat as you? Together we can help motivate each other to get this weight off ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!

We have started a small group of women who are looking to work together at losing weight.
The only mandatory thing is you weigh in every Friday, we use this to hold each other accountable.
Of course we prefer people who are active as we have daily topics and this helps us get to know each other.

My Story -

I have used a weight loss website in the past and it has worked before. I am willing to give it another go.
I have lost weight before, twice. When I was 20 I lost 110lbs on a fad diet and then again a year and a half ago I lost 70lbs and it's all back.
I am an emotional eater and that I am learning to control.
This time I am ready to make the life changes that need to be made to keep this weight off for good.

As a part of the group Losing it ONCE AND FOR ALL I can tell you that we have a great group of women that enjoy sharing their stories and their struggles and successes.

We are here for each other whether it's to cheer each other on when we are trying to reach a goal or applaud us when we've done a great job or help to pick us back up when we are having a tough time. Sometimes it's just to share a recipe.

Having a group of people that really understand what you are going through because they are living it too is priceless.

I have been on here for over a year. Lost 25 pounds and gained it back after not logging for 6 months. I am starting over again and determined. So, I'm in!

Renee I found too that I did well when I was active within a group and then when I wasn't the weight started coming back on.

It goes on so much faster than it comes off.

It feels good though being back on track again.
