Excersize as an appetite suppresant

This might sound strange, but I am having a hard time putting in all of my calories on a daily basis.
I excersize in the morning before work and then again after work (45 minutes to an hour each time).
Last night I had to have a hotdog with dinner just to get my calories up to 1200.
Didn't really want the hotdog, but I am afraid of jeapordizing my metabolism.
Has anyone else found this?

Wow.. anybody out there? LOL!
I feel this way too Bill, a lot of times I'm not hungry but eat to meet requirements.
Other times, I could eat a horse.
I sometimes eat because I am going to the gym and feel like I need fuel to get my workout done but I'm not hungry.0
