So I went to Boise to suprise my little brother for his birthday. The group was meeting at Wild WIngs...I thought hmmm, I will check a few things out BEFORE I get there so I am prepared on what I will order. Well, that was all great and I was doing fine. UNTIL all the wings started pouring in. OMG they looked and smelled DELICIOUS! I am looking at my salad going, wow, this is so boring. Then it started. The evil taste testing  So, of course I HAD to try a few different ones right...then before I knew it I was ordering more...AMAZING is the only word I can think of to describe all of the different flavors...now I just want more more more...Good thing I have to drive an hour and a half to get some instead of across town. I have a lot of will power, but I think I may have just found a weakness..MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

That flavor is in Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce. It doesn't have any calories. The problem with the wings you were eating was that they were probably breaded and fried first.

    Try this, you'll be amazed.

1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

    DIRECTIONS:

1.MARINATE chicken in Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce in the refrigerator for 30 min. or up to 3 hours.
2.GRILL chicken over medium-high heat about 10 min. until no longer pink in center.
3.SPLASH on more Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce.

For future reference, the naked tenders (chicken strips with no breading) are pretty good and low in calories. I usually get four....pair that with a salad and you're good to go. Also some of the sauces probably aren't too bad, so if you ask for it on the side so you can control how much you use, Bdubs can actually be a pretty good place to eat out without ruining your day.

Kraft makes a light Asian Toasted Sesame dressing and if you mix that with the Franks, you'll get a spicy asian. It's yummy!

They sell the sauce, so you could buy it and make your own healthier wings at home.
I bought the Asian Zing, Hot and Fire sauces (but I can't remember their names).

This is what I made to eat yesterday while we were watching NASCAR. I cut mine in to bite size pieces, browned them in a skillet so they would have a little crunchy-skin-like texture then marinated in the same pan for a couple of hours. When we were ready to eat I threw the pan in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. They were AWESOME!

We do our buffalo wings (actually legs, because the kids prefer those  ) by first shaking with barbeque shake and bake, then sprinkling a little tobasco on. It makes a drippy sauce as it bakes that way! I have also done this with boneless skinless breast, and it's good to (but of course not as good as the wings and legs with their skin:grumble: ). Just know, that a couple of drops of tobasco is really all you need for each wing, I learned the hard way! I was thinking that I like spicy wings, so I put on a bit more than DH told me to... Whoooooo-eeeeee! Never again... you really do only need a couple of drops.

Bleh, I don't like B-Dubs. I feel like EVERYONE in this town likes them (it's a college town). But I don't like the skin on it. Then when you take the skin off the wings there's no sauce. I got a chicken sandwich there once and it was soooo dry. The wraps are okay though.

I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings!!! I have only had them when I have been in MN. I didn't even think they had them in my state...this thread prompted me to look and the closest one is 41 minutes away. *drool*

    They are SO good.
