Protein count on MFP

Is it okay to go over the protein count on MFP as long as you stay in range with the other counts.
Do you find that the cal, protein, carb, sugar, fiber, etc counts for MFP work well for you to lose weight or did you have to adjust them. If you had to adjust, how did you know what needed changed? thanks!

If you find you are always over in protein you can raise it. it will automatically lower your carbs so be careful. Just raise by 5% at a time and see how it works for the way you eat. You can do this in Goals/ Change Goals/Custom/ raise or lower what you want and
