Getting through a plateau

So I've hit a major plateau. My diet is good, my exercise is good, but I can't seem to lose any more weight. I bounce between 137-140. I'm more concerned with the way I look than I am the number on the scale, but I need to find ways to build muscle and lose fat. I don't think I'm fat by any means, I just want to be in better shape and look more toned.
I've lost over 20 pounds on my own, but the past year I've hit a major plateau and can't seem to break through it.
I work out 3 times a week or so. Usually I do a class such as: body pump, spin or turbo kick. Sometimes I just do the elliptical.
Any ideas are much appreciated!
