I wore my HRM today while I did my strength training (40 min, arms and abs, free weights) and 20 minute jog on the treadmill. My HRM said I burned 450. Idk if that's accurate or not. My HR remained around 130-140 during the strength training and 180 during my cardio. Do I count it?
