    Thanks! Love Indian food & there's a fabulous restaurant near my house, but it's not cheap! I looked at your link and the first recipe is for one of my favorite dishes - chicken korma! Can't wait to check it out.

    Yeah Indian restaurants are expensive and the food they serve is greasy. WHen you make it at home you can control what you put in it. If you have an Indian grocery store nearby you can go buy Chicken korma masala (buy the Shan brand). The recipe will be on the box.
