I build in morning and afternoon snacks into my routine. Can skip mornings sometimes, but afternoons are almost always a must. Chocolate and coffee are my favs, but if I have chocolate it is just a bite size piece. LOL0

I totally have the same freaking issue!!!! have apples and fruit around. I dont know how to overcome the 3pm hump either.0

Fruit, nuts, those rolo pretzel thingys (two only!) or
Sugar free jello with lite coolwhip or sugar free chocolate pudding with lite coolwhip... tastes decadent to me!!0 -
