Help! How do you log calories consumed at a chinese buffet?

Today some co-workers and I had lunch at a chinese buffet to celebrate the boss's birthday. I have no clue how to even begin logging the calories other than just quick adding about 20 thousand calories and calling the day a wash. I would truly appreciate any advice you may have.
Here's what I ate:
about 1/4 cup rice, 3 green beans, 1/4 cup of some kind of spicy shrimp, chicken, broccoli and imitation crab stuff in brown sauce, what i would guess was 2 oz salmon, a few pieces of chicken and broccoli and mushrooms, about six pieces of battered and fried honey chicken of varying sizes ranging from a penny to a quarter, about 4 steamed shrimp and a scant quarter cup of warm crab salad-y stuff. Oh, and a fortune cookie.
And to top it off, when we returned to the office, a wedge of lemon layer cake with lemon icing (scrumptious) about an inch wide.
Feeling very bewildered, ashamed, and bloated.
