Horray! I feel disgusting!

Ugh.

Just a bit of a warning here. Yes I have been inactive for the last 8 months, and no I haven't had the best diet. So I'm absolutely certain that is contributing to me feeling like crap, but I just need to put this out there so it keeps me motivated to change.

I'm glad to say today was Day 1 of actually getting myself moving and working out. I don't expect to feel better overnight, but something has to give! I feel disgusting, lethargic, and full of brain fog. I'm stuffed up and just generally feel blah. I usually feel like this when I eat something that has gluten in it, so I'm not sure if what I had for lunch was the culprit.

Anyways it has taught me a valuable lesson! First of all, time to drink lots of warm lemon water, water in general, and some herbal teas. Secondly, it's time to completely and utterly change my diet so it's free of anything that might contain gluten and a whole lot cleaner for me.

Yuck yuck yuck. Here's hoping to changing my lifestyle and this impromptu detox will help.

    I was just wondering about you yesterday! Sorry it's had to come to the point that you feel so bad... and super glad you're back to work at it again. Good luck with your detox!
