I am looking for a low fat homemade Spanish Rice recipe. I have googled some and they are not what I am looking for.

  • Like the Mexican rice that is an orange color with peas and carrots?

Use whole wheat rice. (Youprobably already knew that)
For the tomatoes, only use a maximum of 3-4 tomatoes.
When you put the tomatoes in the blender, add some water. Also, use less onion and little or no garlic
Peas and carrots...I dont think they are high calorie/fat...

Sorry if that was not what you were looking for.
