    wow you look great! how tall are you? My start weight was about 256 and ive lost almost 30 pounds but its not showing to much yet

    Thanks again guys! This site is amazing! So a rundown of how I have been losing is just counting calories, I eat alot of chicken, maybe have red meat 2-3 times a month. And lots of veggies. I try to make sure I eat alot of fiber so I don't feel as hungry between meals and I try to eat snacks between meals. I realized in the beginning of this journey that I was consuming nearly 800 calories a day from just sodas/tea/juice alone. So I have switched to water and diet cokes. Some people don't agree with drinking diet cokes, but they haven't hindered my weight loss at all. And I like them. :-) For exercise I do alot of aerobics and walking. I am still trying to build up my endurance so I can work out harder. But everything takes time. I plan to join a gym as soon as I am able to and get a personal trainer. I think it would be good to have someone else push me to limits Im not sure I can get to. I still have quite a ways to go, only 6 lbs till I hit Onederland, but I didn't gain this weight overnight...I won't lose it that way either. One day at a time. :smile:
