Let's see what happens!

I use to use the body bug, then got bored with the whole thing. Hit a plateau and just quit. It's been over 6 months and I am really starting to miss the work outs. I've just started again with really watching my food intake and portions. Hoping that being accountable to you all will help. Any more mature ladies (50+) that want to be friends and help each other with motivation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
