Not new to the site, but new to the commitment. I have a long way to go to change into a healthier lifestyle and need all the encouragement and support I can get. I'm doing this not only for myself but for my wife and kids to have a healthier husband and father to spend time with.

Hearing others success and having folks drive me onto success myself is critical!
