5 weeks. scale hasnt budged.

what gives? I am not losing or gaining. I am stuck.... any ideas?

    First, how many calories are you consuming? Are you figuring in your exercise calories too? I was stuck for 2 weeks at the same weight, increased my caloric intake to 1400 net calories a day and immediately started dropping again!! Best to you always,

    Your at a plateau. Trying to change up some of your exercising program, and (like rstarks said) up your calories a bit.

    try adding more protein. It helped me.
