I was just wondering what every ones RHR is. I just got my HRM and was trying it out just sitting in the house mine has not went below 80 and as high as 110. Is this an accurate measurement? Or should I do it when I wake up?

This seems a little high to me...mine is usually between 55-60. I would try it first thing in the morning, before you even get out of bed to get a true picture of your actual resting heart rate.0

Mine is around 50-55, so yeah that seems a little high. Like Laura says, I would do the test 1st thing in the morning before you get the day started.0
