For snacks, I do the Fiber one yogurt which is only 50 cals and is very tasty. I also find myself with the 100 cal snacks, sugar free jello or a pack of crackers. What you eat can vary on how many cals you wanna consume. For lunch i'll do a smart one/lean cuisine or make a packet of the "Pasta Sides" throw some chicken in it or eat is with just the noodles and you have two meals! I also do the velveeta mac n cheese cups for quick lunch purposes, microwavable instant potatoes, all very low in cals.
Hope this helps0 -
I have a few ideas;
air popped pop corn
apple slices with a tablespoon of peanut butter
banana sliced into cherry greek yogurt
laughing cow cheese with a portion of crakers
grape tomatoes
small bowl of Kashi cereal with coconut or almond milk
60 calorie chocolate jello pudding cup
baked apple with sugar free maple syrup and walnuts
cottage cheese and peaches or pineapple
1/2 avocado with some hot sauce or lemon pepper
jicima slices with low fat ranch dip
hard boiled egg
skinny cow ice cream bars
special K cracker chips
bowl of veggie soup
string cheese
I hope there is a new idea here for you to try0 -
I really love a good old fashioned PB&J. With some good bread and a piece of fruit on the side it can be a nice, healthy lunch.
I also like to make ahead some burritos and freeze them so that I can just grab them out of the freezer in the morning and heat them up at lunch. A couple hours investment on a Sunday is a real time saver through the week.0 -
I love these ideas. I definitely will be using them! Like tomorrow! Back to the grocery store....lol0

I'm a big fan of Dr. McDougall's instant noodle and soup cups.

Kinda like Cup Noodles but WAY healthier - much less fat and less than 300 calories each.
I love all their Asian entrees. Plus they don't need to be refrigerated so I can keep them in a drawer at my desk at work for quick lunches.0 -
frozen grapes, pretzels or baby carrots with hummus or laughing cow cheese
lunch- soup- tons of recipes on Cooking Light, flatbread with honey mustard and grilled chicken or pork tenderloin0 -
String cheese, yogurt, baby carrots with low-fat dressing, almonds/pistachios, hard boiled egg (make them ahead of time)-- I really reccomend this if you like eggs keeps the hunger at bay.0
