Girls Next Door Workout Dvd

I bought this DVD a few years and will be doing it again but I am not sure how to log it in my exercise journal because I don't have a HRM. it has 3 workouts (all over workout, boot camp, and martial arts). So what to do?

usually what i do with exercise dvd's i just log it as aerobics general.0
