30 Day Shred

So I just re-started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I love and hate it at the same time. I'm a pretty regular exerciser, I got to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, and do LOTS of cardio. However, I find this to be extremely hard for me. Does anyone else have this problem? I feel so out of shape when I do this video it makes me sad and unmotivated.

DO NOT feel bad!! I can't even get through it! I've tried multiple times and finally gave up. I keep telling myself I'll build up to it, but I haven't had the motivation to pop it back in just to feel disappointed again!0
