Calculator says to eat 1900-2200 cals for weight loss?

So a week and a half ago I decided to make a lifestyle change, and I dived into it head first with upping my exercise to 4-5 times a week, cutting out almost all processed foods (except for stuff like store-bought salsa and turkey pepperoni sticks) refined sugar, refined carbs (except for the odd whole wheat tortilla or slice of bread every few days) and fruit juices, and adding tons of veggies and lean protein to my diet. I've set my caloric intake to 1400-1500 cals a day, and I'm eating my exercise calories back half of the time.
I found this online calorie calculator: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm
and it says I should be eating 1900-2200 calories a day for "Extreme Fat Loss" given my age, height, weight and activity level. I just feel like there is no way I would lose 1.5-2 lbs. a week on this, and I already find it difficult to eat all of my calories NOW since I've upped my protein and fibre and almost never feel hungry. I really don't want to go into "starvation mode" or anything, am I going wrong somewhere?
My food diary is open and my stats are:
Age: 25
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 248lbs.

Everyone's body is different, but....I'm 5'8" and I'm not sure if I'd be able to eat that much and even maintain my current weight. Sure couldn't lose on it. I plan to kinda inch my calories up now and see what happens.
That said, I think the 1400 to 1500 sounds realistic as a baseline, though I see you burn A LOT in your workouts. The higher calorie range probably is taking workout calories into account, just another way of looking at things. MFP goes with your base activity level and lets you eat back workout calories, some other sites take your workout calories into account when calculating the calories to begin with.0 -
That's a good point, it makes sense if it's counting exercise calories, i'm just used to everything being broken up like on MFP.0
