Chills while working out?

Today in SC it was abnormally warm. Almost 70 at 10:30 am today. (We hit a high of 73.) I have been doing the C25K since the beginning of Jan. Everything is going well and the average temp has been 50's for my run/walks. Today on the cool down part of the program I started to get the chills and could feel goosebumps. It only lasted for a few mins. I was wearing the for lack of a better word, "work-out" shirt & capris that repel water and sweat.
I had already had a healthy breakfast and had drank close to 32 oz water before beginning. I did start a new week on the program so I was pushing myself pretty hard. I never felt lightheaded or thought I was having a heat stroke. I was sweating but not to the point of thinking there was a problem. I thought I had a good workout. Any thoughts?
